I was a student in the spring and I had a cold so I went in to see the PA that was working she did a flu test etc. I walk out to the desk to pay for the test, I then was told by the lady at the desk where the bill sheet is that the PA would have given me, she tells me if theres no sheet then theres no bill to pay. To my surprise I go to graduate and everything was fine until now when I received an email about my diploma being withheld over a hold for lack of payment. Graduated and wanted to leave this review of appreciation for Dr. Jennifer Boucher. She was my PCP for all 4 years I was at USF, and she was absolutely incredible since day 1. She always took the time to listen to me and always took me seriously. Never felt like she was rushing through appointments like other doctors tend to do. She is very thorough and reassuring. They're nice enough I guess. They won't let you take anyone back with you which I find kind of questionable - a bunch of student nurses and you won't let anyone come with me for moral support? It's my doctor appointment, I should be allowed to bring someone with me if I want to.
Never have had any issues with the clinic, and have always felt that the care was adequate and the staffing very nice. They always do their best to accommodate you. That was until yesterday when I was seen by possibly one of the most dismissive doctors I have ever come across. My experience had been great up until that point, even with a few mix ups.
