They're nice enough I guess. They won't let you take anyone back with you which I find kind of questionable - a bunch of student nurses and you won't let anyone come with me for moral support? It's my doctor appointment, I should be allowed to bring someone with me if I want to.
Never have had any issues with the clinic, and have always felt that the care was adequate and the staffing very nice. They always do their best to accommodate you. That was until yesterday when I was seen by possibly one of the most dismissive doctors I have ever come across. My experience had been great up until that point, even with a few mix ups. I went in for my bloody nail and Dr Kiel and I think the girl was the PA were very helpful and I was in and out. They also gave me a very cheap price! As long as you make an appointment, they will give u great service.
This review pertains only to the Urgent Care. The rest of the wellness center is serviceable Urgent care it’s NOT as advertised at all. It’s not urgent and they don’t care. If you come in with a illness or sickness prepare for the “urgency” to be a 5-8 hour wait! (When I’ve tried to go twice) It’s convenient that it exists. But any good things about urgent care stop there
