I had an 8 am appt and arrived at 820… I was late because my child was committing on the way there from coughing. It took us 1.5 hours to get there. They wouldn’t take her appt and said to reschedule for next month. While I realize I was late it was due to her sickness and nothing else. To not see a sick kid and be so flippant about it- they care about money not children.
Dr. Marisa Couluris is the best physician my son has ever had. She’s attentive, caring, spends time explaining parents and her pediatric patients about their condition and treatment and explains in a way we can understand. My son Michael loves her. Also, we never have to wait more than 5/10 minutes to be seen and the nurses and front desk staff are always very kind, respectful and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Couluris.
My daughter had her first appointment with Dr couluris, she was very nice and explained everything that was going on with a smile, came up with an action plan quick. I would recommend to everyone!
