Called for over two weeks about my daughters appointment. No one ever called me back. I calmy expressed my frustration to scheduling and she said well just cancel and hung up on me. Seriously what is going on with this place? Absolutely bizarre and unprofessional
Absolutely ridiculous with communicating. Called over a week ago about making an appointment for my daughter and the doctors needed to discuss a date that works. STILL over a week later they are discussing it. I also called a week ago about my daughters low sodium. I spoke to a nurse that was sending a message to the 2 doctors that were on. Today is a week and still haven't heard back when low sodium can be fatal.
