Excellent service and excellent people really made me feel heard
Can't schedule an appointment and can't get on a waiting list. The health industry in FL cannot get any worse.
I am a new patient at USF with Parkinson's and I have met one of the best nurses ever, Lavette, LPN. She answers the phone when I call and if she's busy, I leave her a message and she actually calls me back the same day. She goes out of her way to get what I need done. I just want to say thank you for being an advocate for your patients, we're busy fighting Parkinson's every second of the day. Holly LaRue
All of the people that I met were very professional and excellent at their job. In addition, they were so attentive and wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were one of the nicest group of people I’ve ever met. I feel like I have made new friends! I am looking forward to my next visit!!
