I had a very bad experience with the supervisor at USF HEALTH VALLEY ! Don’t trust them! They left my keys in my car for a whole 5 day stay without letting me know, anyone could have stole my car !! not only that they left them turned on so my car battery ran dead, I had to wait for them to jump the car off in the parking garage, having over an hour and half drive home I couldn’t stop to grab food or anything. On hold for 35 mins + Unacceptable
My father has been treating very poorly since his ER visit after his stroke, to his follow up visits at USF. They don't answer any messages on my chart ever. He was evaluated on 10/23/35 and was told he can go back to work but, his job needs a medical release form signed saying so. We have been waiting for this her a week for the letter and still nothing. We are at the USF facility now and they are telling us the provider is on vacation for a couple of weeks and she is the only person who can sign the letter. My father might... read more
