The curbside donation program, the yellow cards that get sent is a scam. 3xs put items out, marked with the card, never get picked up. I always end up dropping off myself at Goodwill. Just stop sending cards if your not going to collect, or go get your drivers out from under the trees napping.

The new phone system is ridiculous. I established a primary doctor through usf/tgh and had no issue with scheduling. I called back a few weeks later and scheduled with a neurotologist. I decided to establish new a new care team (as opposed to my current various doctors/unconnected doctors who do not share labs/results/consults). I called today and held for several minutes only to be told I needed to be transferred to that specialty department...held for several minutes, spoke to that specialty department but couldn't be seen... read more

I promise anywhere is better than here. Doctors do not care, misdiagnose, and are uneducated. There is no way to get in contact with the office either. Don’t go here.

The person who answered the phone in the neurology department was so rude and sarcastic. I asked a couple very basic questions about a future appointment and she acted like my questions were stupid and I was wasting her time. I’ve decided to see a neurologist somewhere else instead. Thanks for nothing.

One of they worst medical facilities I've had the misfortune of wasting 12hr in patients stuck along wall in hallway patients walking halls with urine blood all over just piss poor service I would rather die on the street like a filthy dog than a patient for a bandaid here.should have license revoked building turned into a sewer plant
