The phone system is terrible. I can’t even make an appointment for my son because I can’t get off of hold. I called back to ask if they are even open due to staying on the phone line so long and got a rude remark back and placed back on hold.
Terrible, just terrible!
They take 40 minutes to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. It’s so frustrating

OBGYN- I couldn't and wouldn't ask for a more supportive and professional Doctors office. The entire team from the south tampa location to Brandon are absolutely amazing. Front desk, medical assistants, and the doctors are amazing. My delivery couldn't have been better and the post care from the nurses makes me so happy I chose USF health.
