I called last week to speak with someone about possibly making an appointment. Was told they were busy but the gentleman i spoke with sent a message to the department. The billing people are pretty rude. We have multiple bills from my husband's hospital stay. I tried to call 3x and each rep was very short and rude. I was trying to see if they could help us and just offer a prompt pay discount so we could pay this off with the limited supp benefit money I had left. So I dont have all these bills. Every other provider happily accepted. Would rather take something off and get paid now than drag it on but nope, not even 10%. They would rather drag monthly plan for 4 years! The phone system is terrible. I can’t even make an appointment for my son because I can’t get off of hold. I called back to ask if they are even open due to staying on the phone line so long and got a rude remark back and placed back on hold.
