It seemed like the valet took my car for a test drive. The AC was changed, visors moved, display settings and audio changed. Don't know what all they did with my car.
Just want to point out there was a live cockroach in the women's bathroom on the second floor waiting room and upon telling staff a man just said "I can't go in there". No one visibly went to resolve the issue right away- it's a health clinic, come on! And there was a rogue staple on a chair in the waiting room from a patient, just indicates the cleaning can improve significantly. What would you do if you went to the bathroom and a roach was about to crawl up your leg?
Drove 4 hrs to see Dr. Lin in Rheumatology and he left before I got there! Had 2 accidents on 75, and I phoned office and informed of the situation and if a problem that I was late we could reschedule. Appt was for 2:40, 3 minutes away at 3:05 and they called and said Dr. had left!! Totally unacceptable and we deserve better than this! 😡 I could have headed home as well instead of driving through a 2nd accident! Terrible treatment!! Unacceptable for anyone, much less a medical professional! Horrible person!🤮
