Freaking joke of customer service. Call in, listen to the AI, it won't understand what you want and then transfer you to a "team member". No "team member" ever answers the phone because they are lazy and don't care, they just sit there and watching lights blink without doing their job
My new patient visit today was great. Everyone was very helpful & friendly. Visit was less stressful due to the friendly atmosphere of all.
I received my insurance card today and I had this group as my primary care, I called them to set an appointment after being on hold twice for over 10 minutes and never speaking to a human. I decided to call my insurance carrier and switch back to my old primary care physician, I figured I would give this new place a try since they’re about 45 minutes closer. It’s 2024, there are way too many primary care options to have a new patient sit on hold for over 10 minutes at a time.
