Misdiagnosed me years ago, now I'm paying the price. Hope they changed neuros
Honestly I've never dealt with customer service at this much of an all time low. Several interactions and they were all trash. I was referred here and truly regret it. However there's this lovely representative by the name of Jessica R who truly made the experience worth while. So very patient , empathetic and a pleasure to communicate with. Very thorough. Thank you Jessica .
Very poorly managed, irresponsible, patient unfriendly outpatient clinic I have had the misfortune of being involved as a patient. I have worked in healthcare for over six decade and never come across a medical department which treats patients so poorly as the Neurology department at USF. I am unsure who is responsible for this sad situation, but it definitely causes major issues for patients who need medical care at its outpatient care.

Drove 2.5 hours for this appointment. It was not a good experience. I felt invalidated and not heard maybe even ridiculed. The doctor spent 13 mins with me. The medical assistant spent more time putting in meds and history. She even has my medical record wrong. Not impressed and would never return.
