I had a telehealth visit on 5/28 at 8:40 am, so i was on by 8:25am. I waited for 2 hours and finally got a message from the portal telling me that the provider would be late because she was running behind. So i waited AGAIN. almost 4 HOURS go by and they tell me they never seen me arrive and that im out of luck and they have to reschedule. You had me pay a fee to join a call that i never seen the doctor for, and tell me that you can’t see me on a mistake your team made! “Natasha” the so called manager, was rude and very hard... read more
Their doctors never call in refill prescriptions when patients rely upon them to avoid having seizures. Any time I call for anything, there is a minimum of 40 minutes of waiting for someone to answer their phone. I spent an hour today, just trying to make an appointment and no one ever answered the phone, so I was unable to make one.
