Honestly I've never dealt with customer service at this much of an all time low. Several interactions and they were all trash. I was referred here and truly regret it. However there's this lovely representative by the name of Jessica R who truly made the experience worth while. So very patient , empathetic and a pleasure to communicate with. Very thorough.
