Dr's are great . Tried to make appointment by phone sent to automated system hell. Waited for 46 minutes and never got transfered to a Human. Frustrated beyond belief. Worst customer Service phone system ever in the world. They just do not want to talk to people. Worst ever.

Good luck even getting a person to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. First you have to deal with a useless AI system that sends you to the operator no matter what you say. Then you get to an operator who gives you the “direct” number to the department you’re calling and it’s literally the number you just called lol. Jaqueline the operator had zero patience and wouldn’t listen or answer questions. Then once you are done with her, you are placed on an eternal hold to just see when they can schedule a new patient app... read more

I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE AND CARE I RECIEVE FROM THE GI DOCTOR JONATHAN HALIEAH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAITED THREE MONTHS FOR AN APPOINTMENT WHEN I STARTED FEELING VERY BAD AFTER THE PROCEDSURE. THAT I HAD IN MARCH . THEN HAD A MAJOR ISSUES IN APRIL TO WHERE MY STOMACH WAS ENLARGE AND WAS TRYING TO REACH HIM. I WAITED BY MY PHONE AND NO ONE CALLED ME AND HAD TO WAIT THREE MONTHS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE DOCTOR. HE CLAMIED HE DIDNT KNOW.
