Terrible management and client services. No communication when MD is running 2 hours minimum behind in appointments. You know when you see all of the medical assistants sneak out the back door for lunch you are in trouble. It takes months to get an appointment. They tell you your appt is 20 mins prior to actual time after you have checked in online prior to visit and then expect you to sit in waiting room for hours without communication.
