Waited on hold for 25 minutes yesterday, no one answered. Called this morning, waited on hold for 15 minutes, they picked up. I could hear them, but they hung up after a few seconds. If this is how bad the process is just to get an appointment, I can't imagine how long I'll be waiting there to see my doctor.

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible experience, I had an appointment with Kylie Eaton. There was no communication, no one called, no one gave me instructions on how or where to arrive. The place is like the airport, you’re better off going to your nearest by Endocrinolgist. She refused to see and I waited a month for this appointment. Thanks for nothing Kylie.

I waited 15 minutes to speak with facility and after couple questions about insurance I had more questions about doctor, because I need testosterone and other hormones, not every endocrinologist treats such patients, but they decided to hang out without even listening..
