Okay the actual surgery center was excellent. The reason for the low score is their phone system. If nobody is there to answer your call you get hung up on. Nobody seems to know what is going on with the surgery center. I was going to bring USF all my medical but have decided not to because other than the doctors and nurses who are great the rest leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I was told this all happened after Tampa General got involved.
