Since the office is part of a hospital, I was diligent to ask questions before due to the stories in the news about hospital billing. I was told the billing would be a regular appointment. Doctor was nice, but they surprise billed me. $1000 for a simple office visit, 400+ payable by me to talk about allergies, look at my nose for a minute or so and write me a prescription for Flonase which I could have gotten OTC. Customer service after the visit was not helpful either (billing, scheduling, patient care advocacy). Not a grea... read more

Yesterday was my first meeting with Dr. Thomas McCaffrey (ENT). It was a horrible experience and unproductive meeting with him with less than 5 minutes while I sat and waited for an hour and a half in the waiting room before they called my name. My first impression of him was that he was a narrow-minded, older man who would interrupt, disrespect, degrade, bighead, dismissive, and snobbish.
