I would like to express my deep concern regarding the process of obtaining an appointment with the neurosurgery department. I understand that records and a referral must be submitted—even if you have PPO insurance —but the current system appears to be both inefficient and distressing for patients seeking necessary care. On Tuesday, September 15th, my records were delivered, approximately 80 pages of medical records to 2 Tampa General Circle, 3rd Floor. I had a cerebral angiogram with Dr. Guerrero from USF neurosurgery department in Tampa General. He was awesome. I was scared very scared. He made me feel ease and his team also was great. They talked to me during the procedure. He talked to me after the procedure and then he came up to my room, and talk to me there as well. I am very thankful for him. God forbid I need another angiogram. I want him to do it.

Prejudiced and Unfair Practices.They jerked me around for a full year regarding my surgery & told SEVERAL LIES about the process . Taylor was extremely RUDE and unethical and this place needs to be investigated for Discrimination.
