The lady helped me over the phone at 3:45ish pm was the best Customer Service representative I have ever spoke with, she got my Immunization information and removed my registration Hold 10/10 down to earth, God bless you!
Waited 8 months for an appointment just for it to be canceled. Tried to reschedule and they said it's a 4 month wait. I'm done. This is the second time I've had something canceled and never being notified outside of the portal, which of course I'm not thinking of checking. Even if I was notified the wait times for new appointments is still ridiculous. And very disappointed in the us healthcare system in general.
I wish I had checked previous reviews before going to USF Health. We had 2 appointments with their high risk Obgyn to do ultrasounds. The billing practices are not transparent and seem very unethical, despite having set prices for certain things, we got told different amounts at the office when we were done and then 2 months later we received another bill. For the first appointment we paid the full amount in the office because we are self-pay, which was $376, 2 months later we received a bill for $344.85 for the same appoint... read more
Cancelled my appointment because of a line disconnection, and provided no notification of cancellation. They are the only provider in the state that accepts insurance and can treat my condition, management indifferent.
