Waited a month for them to get back to me about a referral, at which I was checking status on weekly only to be told that they are not excepting new patients. Insurance company even called prior to referral being sent there to make sure they were taking new patients and they said yes. What a waste of time and very unprofessional to not have proper knowledge and accurate information on scheduling.

This place wouldn't even make an appointment without seeing lab work when I have 2 doctor referrals. TGH will get none of my business going forward. Ridiculous.
