The CMS transportation services SUCK! Last appointment they didn't pick her up, this time same, with the audacity to say she was a no show, even though we started calling 10 minutes, before one hour before her appointment. Unbelievable. We don't have money, but we had to come up with some to get an Uber to her optical appointment. We complained last time, and sure as hell will again, as my daughter gets her eyes checked. This place was well worth the hour drive, my son needed help after finding blood in his urine, they ruled out everything that could be worse case scenario. After several visits everything cleared up just like they said it would! Dr. Panzarino was so nice and explained everything so well, as well as all their staff and assistants. Hopefully I won't have to return but if I had to I wouldn't hesitate to go there and recommend others to them as well. Thank you
I just want to share my appreciation for the staff at USF Health Pediatrics Services, specially to Dr. Cameron Nereim, RN Kevin Espinal and their staff, my son is non verbal and has autism, and is been such a help having a provider that not only listen but cares about his health and facilitates me the path of documentation, labs appointments and Specialists so I can have ease of mind knowing that I am not alone in this journey.
