Our family came here for nurology. Thier team is great. I love the nurses here. They are so sweet and extremely helpful. I also love their phlebotomist in the lab. Wow that team truly goes above and beyond for my daughter. She has a MAJOR fear of needles but they are always willing to work with her and get her blood drawn. Our main reason we come here now is for the Phyciologist, Dr. Childres. She is the sweetest doctor ever. We have had a terrible experience with this office. We have been trying to get an appointment since November. Despite clearly explaining that my son has been bleeding from his anus and urgently needs to see a gastroenterologist, they scheduled us for February 28, almost three months later. This was presented as the earliest possible option, even knowing the seriousness of the situation. I called multiple times and was told we were placed on a priority or cancellation list to receive an earlier appointment. No one ever called... read more
