My previous review is relevant in its own context, because of what happened then, but I feel it's appropriate to update it with this post since the matter was settled amicably and in a very professional manner. I am disappointed, very disappointed, in terms of cost and service. My HP computer, a desktop, could not load Windows 10. When I called them to explain the problem I was having, the lady I talked to asked me if I tried System Restore. I told her I did but it didn't help. She asked me if I tried System Repair. I said, yes, I did, but that didn't help, either. She asked me if I wanted it reformatted and told me if I did, I would lose all the data. I told her I knew that and didn't want it reformatted. Terrible communication on timeline and what they even did. Honestly felt like I was just given a run around for them to make 95 dollers. But hey they did "stuff". Would not bring personal computers. They seem to do fine with other businesses but terrible on individual customers. They said they were "gonna blow it out anyway" still dusty as I brought it in.
