Joe Montalto is truly an experienced real estate professional. He has your best interests in mind when it comes to looking for the perfect home and makes the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend him to anyone in Phoenix!
Joe Montalto is not a man of his word. As a buyer he promised a 1% rebate after the closing on a house purchased. After the purchase, he claimed I was a difficult customer and that the process took too long for me to get half of his commission. His website does not state a limit of houses viewed or offers made. He also stated that it should have been clear to me that the rebate was not coming based on the work he did. He is pretty much a bait and switch crook.
