Initially purchased four (4) new Kenda tires from Used Treads in February 2019 and had a great experience - better than I expected with a lesser known tire brand and great service. $472.50 out the door was a fantastic price compared to other local shops. Fast forward to April 2019 with just over 1,300 miles on the tires, I had one go flat. Took it to Used Treads and learned the tire couldn't be repaired but because I wasn't buying a set again, I was charged $20 more for a replacement...OK, fine.
