I emailed, they said they had the tire I needed. I even called first, they said they had the tire I needed. So I drove an hour to get the tire I needed, except they DIDN'T HAVE THE TIRE I NEEDED. The staff was completely unapologetic. Plus they charge double for mounting and balancing than any other used tire place on the southcoast. TOTAL FAIL AND A WASTE OF MY TIME.
Was originally pleased with them until today. My car started vibrating on 495 and once i got to my college discovered all 5 lugs on my driver side front tire where lose. Very disappointed thats a basic thing they teach you is to torque all 4 tires will probably not go to them again for that

Been here for all my vehicles, never a problem with ANY of them.. Half the price of anything is but anywhere else.. Which of course, makes me happy!!
