I could give this place a negative 5 I would. On May 9th, I took my car to Tire Guy due to my car shaking really bad. On that day, I was told that it was my control arm was bent and I need to get that fixed and it would cost me around 250.00 because they would also need to do an alignment on my car. The mechanic suggested that I have my tires balanced. However, i informed him that I did not need my tires balanced I just need him to fix the control arm that would stop my car from shaking. I went to tire guy back in July to have a tire replaced. the customer service was awful. today I went to one of their competitors to get new tires only to find out they stripped the key to my wheel locks. When I contacted the manager instead of him apologizing he insisted I prove it. I wasn't asking for anything just letting him know his guys need to be more careful. I personally will never use this place!
