This dealership tried to scam 2 young ladies. Lady one was already pre approved from a legitimate credit union. Her friend was merely there to give her a ride to the dealership to purchase a car she had seen prior. The salesperson had informed us they had last a lawsuit against the credit union so they may not work with them on the financing of the vehicle. Each person I spoke with (rather through text or on the phone) was so helpful. I ended up not using their company (through no fault of their own), but I was so grateful to be treated so respectfully. I truly felt like Matt and his team went out of their way to help me! They bent over backwards to help me in a situation where I didn't have a lot of choices. Thanks for all your help! I would recommend you to anyone who needs an already loved vehicle and a respectful experience in the meantime!
