Not even having my car a month I’ve had to get so much work on it . The customer service at this place is horrible save your time and money. I went in to pay my car note and insurance instead of them applying the money to my insurance it went all to my note and not the insurance because the insurance wasn’t due yet as if they couldn’t apply it one day sooner . save your time and money.
Super easy to get into a vehicle but I’m curious as to why the tax title and license wasn’t included in the down payment. They made me pay 550 one weekend and another 550 another weekend and it has screwed me from my other bills. They turn off your car if you don’t pay that deferred TTL payment which I feel isn’t fair. They should have included it in the down payment and I’m still questioning why it’s so high. I’ve never paid so much for a TTL. Cars engine light has been on since I got it. O2 sensors are bad. I bought the car within 3 months and it broke down and was in fixable to make matters worse they said they couldn't do anything about it so I'm out of $3000 or more and a car never go here.
Do not buy from here!!!!!! Do not buy from here!!!!!! Very rude customer service from Adrian ! Remember that name!! Car lasted 2 weeks motor blew no help just continue to pay , 4k dollar fix including labor fee .. worse experience… worse than lofi motors ! Do not buy from here!!!
