Wish I could give 0 stars. This place is the BIGGEST rip off I've ever seen. 5 DAYS after buying a car it now has a brake caliper locked up and they say its NOT covered under their warranty. 5 days into owning the vehicle I DONT CARE whats covered and what isn't THEY SHOULD FIX IT!! Just goes to show how they take advantage of people!!! This will NOT be the last they hear about it either.
This review is one I should of left a year and half ago but didn’t because I noticed they argue and give a nasty reply to people who work hard for their money and who trusted them to sell them a good, reliable car NOT to be ripped off. We bought a Toyota Camry and have had one problem after another with it. It’s getting an engine put in now. Engine has been bad 6 months now and there were other issues 4 months after buying the car. My husband and I were so grateful at how willing they were able to work with us through a few challenges to help us get a beautiful truck! personal and professional service are a must for a business to be successful but the fact that they went the extra mile to make us feel so welcome and worked through those challenges with us made all the difference.
