I drove out there from Mesa on Saturday, June 15 to take a look at several cars they had listed on TrueCar. There was one person working when I got there. "Mike" showed me the cars I had tagged on TrueCar. The one I had actually come to see was a Volvo CUV. It was up on a display ramp, and inaccessible. RecommendedThese guys went above and beyond for me! I drove all the way from San Tan Valley to do business with them. They are also USAA certified. Great down to earth people!
Said they'd pay for repairs before purchase. Turns out they didn't repair what cost 1/3 of the car's sticker price and lacked communication terribly. After paying for all repairs, they expected me to pay for the license plates. They promised to give me a car in great condition and all I got was something only driveable. They promised only a new battery after waiting a week to receive the car from them after purchase and didn't get one. These guys are very unreliable. Do not do business with them. Very very very disappointed.
Just bought a 2004 Xterra....vehicle is great. The guys at the dealership are completely down to earth nice, honest, guys. I would not hesitate to refer or buy here again when I need another vehicle.
We just bought a 2010 Chevy H HR ! I absolutely love it both of the salesmen! They have been very great and appreciate him working with us ! I hope to do business with them again in the future ! we highly recommend !
