Good staffing. Best to go between Monday and Thursday before 4 pm so you have time before everyone leaves. If Monday is a holiday don’t expect to find anyone in the office on the preceding Friday! Remember, these are well paid public servants with loads of vacation pay hours.
The people their are very respectful and answered all our questions
This office holds a nice group of people that are willing to help with anything. However the folks in St Louis that they report to do nothing but try and rip you off. Dont get a loan from these guys unless you absolutely have no other choice. Not worth the headache.
