Amazing We had to have our vet certificates endorsed to export our 3 pet rabbits to Italy - they require a ridiculous 48h turnaround for everything before departure. Exams in hand, we drove to Madison and showed up first thing in the morning. The staff was very friendly and professional. A few things got amended and well communicated (date format). My paperwork was endorsed on the 5th of September and you said you shipped it out on the same day. The label I gave you is next-day air early from UPS. As of now if still stuck at "label created" which means UPS does not even have it yet. I am flying out in 2 days and my pet certificate is still not with me. You also did not answer emails or calls from my vet. Talking about stressing people out on their important travel with pets. Terrible!

Really good experience. We took all the paperwork from our vet to them. And in about an hour they had everything ready.
They sat on our paperwork so long that we had to pay almost $10,000 to have our pets shipped. If you mandate a ten day limit on paperwork, you’d better be efficient and this department is anything but that. I hope they are subject to reforms.
