RecommendedVery state of the art equipment, along with plenty of equipment so there is no waiting around. Has just about everything you would want in a workout. Free weights, machines, tons of cardiovascular machines, racquet ball courts, basketball courts, running track, climbing wall, great shower facilities.
I work out here almost every day. it is always clean and there are numerous type of equipment. I have rarely had to wait to use something. I also have taken a few of the classes here and they are uniformly excellent.
