The Wellness Center offering memberships for the public is a disappointment. It's painfully obvious, especially recently, that they only have to worry about and cater to USD students.
They do a wonderful job of providing classes that work for their Senior population.
Clean, and not too busy unless you go during normal people hours. Doesn't have 35lb plates, which is strange. Parking could be improved. Could use a sauna.
Great staff, personal trainers and clean facility!
This place needs new management, dirty, broken machines and when did gyms start hiring over weight management?
I generally like the space but there are some key equipment I wish they had. I really wish the weekend hours were better, they open so late on Saturday And Sunday’s I wish they would open earlier 8 and 10 am just cuts into your day, 7am would be so nice The upstairs equip is lacking ( no hip abductor/flexor machine)
