If you’re attending an event near USC and plan to park in the structure on Flower Street managed by USC Transportation Services, think twice before paying the outrageous $60 fee. We parked there for a concert on October 25th, and when the event ended, two of the three exits were closed with zero staff on site. Traffic was completely gridlocked, and my family and I were stuck in the structure for over an hour with no direction, no communication, and no way out.
