I rarely leave negative reviews. But one thing I need to emphasize is that THEY ARE NOT AUTHORIZED USCIS DOCTORS FOR I693 MEDICAL FORM at the time I write the reviews. The medical exam process is quite smooth, this is why I rate 2 stars instead of one. However, the clinic should highlight this in their website as potential RFEs ( as what I received in green card application) or denies may occur if you use them for immigration purposes.
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE We were given incorrect instructions, experienced weeks of delays, and received little to no communication. We were told records had to come directly from Kaiser, only to later be told emailing them ourselves was fine—completely contradictory and a waste of time. We were even sent to the wrong location, and ultimately had to switch doctors because this office failed to complete the process. If you are considering this doctor for your immigration medical exam, please read this before paying anything. My experience with this doctor and office was extremely unprofessional and upsetting. I paid $510 in cash upfront: $410 for the immigration medical exam process and $100 specifically for accepting my Kaiser lab results.
