I had a wonderful experience getting my I-693 forms done here. I first had a virtual visit with Simer who looked over all my medical history and booked my labs. She went above and beyond while noticing an abnormal spacing in one of my vaccines and added a lab for me. On my second visit to get the sealed I-693, Divya was great at prepping the forms I had and Dr. Neema Malhotra was very friendly, and also very thorough in reviewing the forms and explaining it to me.
