I took my 83. year old parent with Alzheimer's for severe left abdominal pain to USC Verdugo Hills on March 6th around 3pm. They drew blood and performed, EKG and x-ray within two hours. I was initially impressed but then about 8 hours later, we were still in the waiting room. No communication at all from them.
