Truly an amazing experience from beginning to end! The staff is friendly, helpful and personable. They helped me in a time when I was truly going through life events. I can’t thank Aisha and her supervisor Diana enough for their help. Transparent rates and terms. The accessibility/location for me was perfect since I shop at the Village regularly.
This office may be small, but it has superior customer service to any larger or more luxurious office. I truly don't regret leaving Bank of America and Chase to move here. They make you feel like family. Everyone is always cordial and smiling, especially Diana Zapanta. Most importantly, they always do their best to help you and resolve any issues you may have. The USC credit union in the village is absolutely amazing. The customer service is the most friendliest group you can encounter, everyone is always so happy and helpful. I want to give a very very special thanks to Karla. I was in a financial emergency and she went way above and beyond to help me get through it. I would definitely recommend to all staff and students to bank with this amazing banking staff!!
