We had a terrible experience with this dealership. They sold me a vehicle that turned out to be badly rusted At the time of purchase, they made it seem like everything was in good shape, but shortly after taking it home, serious rust issues became obvious—issues that no reputable dealer should have missed or ignored. I have dealt with my share of dealerships and the way they are run. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a used car dealer. Igor was great. Extremely transparent and patient. Took the time to get me extra video and pictures before I drove there. Car was exactly as shown and expected. Came back with my son for him to make his first actual purchase himself. I don't think anyone enjoys the risk of buying a used car. We put our trust in someone we don't know. We don't know their motivations, history, etc. I read here on Google about US Auto, and about Igor. I found them through Navy Federal Credit Union, which made the financing easier. I got a great deal on a 2010 Mazda 3, with low mileage for its year. It was what I was looking for! Went in to look at a vehicle. We're very friendly at first. But after I pointed out a oil leak , shaking in the front end while braking and thudding noises in the front end while driving the friendliness disappeared. Gentleman i spoke to said he would fix the oil leak and that it was a recently received car and must of been overlooked. But everything else mentioned would not be fixed cause it's a "Used Vehicle".
