Terrible customer service I had a safety issue with my tire separating they were not interested in informing the manufacturer or doing anything about it.
I ordered rims for my Mercedes. They are great quality rims with a low price.The shipping was fast and the customer service was top notch. Highly recommended.

I bought my chrome Mercedes rims little more than year ago, didn't realize they're under warranty only 1 year. After that time they look awful,lots of bubbles,chips,splashes- sent pictures to seller but nothing to do. This is crap.
I highly recommend this shop if you want no fuss, great prices and SPEEDY service. Don't be intimidated by the look or the neighborhood of the place, just go right on in and say Hi! USA RIM is the best place for Rims, Tires and for wheels.
Phoned the company, USA Rim and spoke with the owner, Russ , on the phone, just after 9am Monday morning 2/11/2019. He used extraordinarily vulgar, uncalled for language and asked me, QUOTE: "It's Monday morning, don't you have someone to **** **** *****..?" Then I hung up before he could continue. This is abuse, and sexual abuse directed toward females - and from the BUSINESS OWNER. I am reporting this, because the owner, Russ *********conduct is not tolerable, and is unlawful.
Came to this place twice to get tires replaced and a new wheel put on. Both times I came in about an hour before closing and the back filled with cars being worked on and both times I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Quick efficient service, great prices, and friendly employees would recommend to anyone in need of tire or wheel service. Highly recommend to everyone who purchase Audi, Mercedes and BM rims and tires.
