They never answer the phone!!! Can’t get in touch with anyone at all.
I absolutely love USAgencies!! I have been using them for years. I visited the Decatur location yesterday, I actually drove 40 miles to get there. The insurance is very affordable!!! They got me in, insured and out the door in less than 30 mins. April Pruitt was my representative. She was seriously a breathe of fresh air. She was the sweetest!!! It uplifted my mood and spirit just talking with her. I give her 5 stars too!!!!
