I been with them since I was 19-20 on and off and never had a wreck until October 2014 I let someone drive and they rear ended a vehicle and its now February 2015 and I still haven't spoken with anyone and my car isn't fixed or anything.... they(the supervisor I had) say if they don't am appraiser in your city you have to do yourself, that is crazy caused every other insurance company send an appraiser. I will not recommend #USAgencies to anyone poor service and people skills!!!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE..... UNPROFESSIONAL group in claims Jeff Lohmeyer (adjuster) Mgr Dorian Lott. Mr Lohmeyer doesn't return calls or respond to emails denies having conversations etc AND Mr Lott is clueless as to what is going on in his department.
