ALWAYS closed fa lunch on Louisville
Horrible. Goggle says they open up at 9 a.m come at they never hear. Parking lot full of people trying to pay their insurance or get insurance and no one is here. It’s 9:40 still no one is here.
Right now only one person in here!!!! She had to call someone to walk her through creating a policy!!!! Why is she here alone? Makes no sense! While the others sit and wait and listen to her be trained on speaker over the damn phone. That’s the reason for the rating! Where are the rest of the employees to help her!
