Horrible. They cancel appointments without notice. You can’t even get an appointment in a timely manner. Front desk people are NOT helpful. Patient advocacy is a joke! Worst med group we have ever had to deal with. Mental health medical appointments are NOT to be taken lightly and they literally don’t care if One is out of medicine.
The triage nurse is extremely rude.
Between waiting months for an appointment to then getting that appointment cancelled/rescheduled multiple times due to the provider suddenly being unavailable, this is the least effective medical group I've ever experienced.
Waited 6 hours there for labs to come back for the doctor to agree with my own diagnoses. I knew what it was because I’ve had it before and they also didn’t believe me about my pain level and only gave me Tylenol. I told them I’m still hurting and the nurse said “are you sure about that”. I called someone in and told them I need to leave because my dogs are home without food and my child is hungry. Then they got short with me. 20 minutes later the doctor finally came in after 6 hours.
