My primary care for the VA is in this building so it made sense to me to use the ER there, as I've seen many other veterans do in the past. The doctor on duty was questioning why I was there since I wasn't active duty and seemed to care very little about the pain I was in after learning that I was a veteran.
If I could rate this ER one star I most definitely would. I came in at 10:30 only for it to be 3:30 and I have yet to be seen. There is never anyone behind the front desk people are getting visibly frustrated and they don’t care. They seems to call one person to the back per hour. This is unsatisfactory and should not be allowed at all. (Update I’m still here, and now they have a guy in a tank top sitting at the desk not doing anything)
Horrible. They cancel appointments without notice. You can’t even get an appointment in a timely manner. Front desk people are NOT helpful. Patient advocacy is a joke! Worst med group we have ever had to deal with. Mental health medical appointments are NOT to be taken lightly and they literally don’t care if One is out of medicine.
The triage nurse is extremely rude.
