The wait time wasn’t as bad as some previous bases (8 hours). Only waited for about 2 and the nurse seem to have done everything reasonably to find the results.
Long wait time
Been dealing with ingrown toe/ infections and was told if the antibiotic didn’t work to come back in for removal. The podietrists appointment is a month away, I’m 40 weeks pregnant and would like to get it taken care of without taking my 7th antibiotic for it this year. The doctor said it wasn’t infected while it is puffy, red, and draining pus as he continued to push very hard on my toe. I was seen here on Thursday 12/27/24. Dr faxed over what was supposed to be two prescription. Only got one. Been on the phone calling them only to be told give it 30-45 minutes. That was a lie. Called back today to be told the Dr who seen me was off and the Dr that was there doesn't feel comfortable sending over the prescription. They see my visit and results yet no help. I will NOT return
I am at my end for being misjudged and treated like less than due to being a big black man by the military!!!! I was made to wait which I decided to do but when I ask a question I am than told that I am being rude!!! The color of my skin and the size of my body should not be my fault that YOU are uncomfortable!!!!!!
