Beware. These guys will play one buyer against the other, call you up at night and tell you you can get the boat of your dreams, meanwhile knowing the other buyer is trying to get their financing together, cause you to put a hard hit on your credit, get approved, then tell you it's sold. Very hard to trust them ever again. One star because you can't give zero stars.
Big Shout out to Garrison and Jake for their expertise, energy and excellence throughout my buying experience. From the moment i reached out, to the Sea Trial, to the closing and thru the delivery, USACoastal was reliable, responsive and helpful. This was my first boat and I have very impressed with their knowledge and level of customer service. Jake was my POC and he was fabulous. They were all upfront, honest and efficient.
