They won't let you just order a part without creating an account. A wanted a tiny sampling faucet & the shipping cost more than the part. Got the part elsewhere much cheaper without hassle or required password BS.
RecommendedGreat customer service, tech support and warehouse service. Very happy with their help for an emergency part needed.
Don't order unless you are prepared to wait a month for 'in stock' products to be shipped around the country before they can put it in a box and give it to UPS.
the company makes it very difficult for me to support them. USA Bluebook is my last resort
