Geovision in U.S.A vision have horrible customer service. I recently spent well over a quarter million dollars with them and they sold me product that they had known issues. They are not willing to replace under their own manufacturer warranty. Spoke with them numerous times and they do not want to help us out with the equipment that we purchased from them that are having issues with PTZ cameras dropping out and moving by themselves. I got an outdoor camera of theirs. It works very well. They day time resolution is very high, very good quality. The night vision works, but naturally the resolution isn't as good. The cloud storage is very convenient, accessible from the web any time. I would say I got a very good camera. I'm very happy with it.
