I had to amend my review. The treatment plan they set up is lengthy with multiple visits per leg. I completed the first 2 treatments, however, one appointment after waiting in the lobby for almost 2 hours, i finally left. The next visit, after waiting in the lobby for over an hour, they did my ultrasound before my procedure but left me sitting in the hall in paper shorts for over half an hour next to the bathroom, while people walked by me ans told me they still had a patient in front of me so I had to leave again. I did not realize my “scheduled” appointment was to wait in the lobby. I read the instructions, arrived, 10 minutes early, signed in with the QR code greeting me in the lobby, what appeared to be required as I watched the desk person walk around into the lobby to force patients to check in using this sole format. After I finished scanning the QR code, I squeezed into the small waiting room filled with patients waiting to be seen, alarmed that they are clearly not on schedule or very overbooked.
