Major red flags when I showed up for my initial evaluation appointment: Cluttered reception office, stained carpet in waiting area, wait time to be seen was going to be 1 1/2 hours even though I had an appointment scheduled for 9:35am. Other clients in the waiting area reported that the clinic routinely overbooks and that it's not unusual for patients to wait one to two hours to be seen. The BBB gives this company an F rating. I’ve had untreated varicose veins in my right leg since was in my early 20’s probably teen’s. It only got worst as I got older. So by the time reached this clinic I can say that my case was somewhat severe. After a diagnosis I was treated for GSV, SSV, and a few other issues in my right leg. If I could give this sham of a medical business a zero, I would. It was the most bizarre and unsatisfying experience, ever. The office was unprepared and dirty. No consultation of information provided prior to an ultrasound procedure and a marketing exchange by the doctor afterward. I have requested my records multiple times and in 45 days I have received nothing. Disgusting. They should be investigated by the medical board.

For my first appointment in Ballard on 9/8, I was sent to a place without an ultrasound machine, which was necessary for my appointment. When I called into the Illinois call center the first time, to reschedule, I was left on hold for an hour. For my second appointment, I was sent to the Bellevue location on 9/22, and when I called for help to find their office in the building, I was informed they were closed, only then. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule again for two weeks later. I declined.
