The Doctor is very proficient and concerned about the patient
I found this place to be sub par at best. Only two people in the office and the ultra sound operator also runs the front desk. I wanted to be checked for varicose veins just to see if there was a chance my spider veins could be covered by insurance. That was the whole reason why I went out there in the first place is to get my spider veins done. Long waits. Rude and short staffed.
Awesome experience - neurodivergent with high anxiety, everyone is so kind and calm, they walk you through everything. Sam, Scholastica, Barry & Dr. Surmak are an amazing team, this is the beside manner every patient wants. I had RFA done to the GSV on both sides - pain was minimal, and I can be a wuss. The most it felt like following the procedure, is like day after a good workout. No issues whatsoever. I also had USGS, which are shots targeting smaller veins.
