I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at this veins center. I called ahead, confirmed my insurance coverage, and booked an appointment for 1:30 PM today. I rearranged my schedule, paid for tolls and parking, only to be told upon arrival that the doctor was too busy and that I would either not be seen or have to wait 2-3 hours.
