Great customer service!!!
Today I am with my brother David on his 5th of 11 scheduled visits at USA Vein clinics. He has undergone 3 of 6 recommended procedures and follow-ups. Up to now the procedures would rate 5 stars for Dr Rubenstein, with good results and minimal pain. But Clinic operation leaves a lot to be desired. The pre- and post-procedure instructions have changed three times since he began and the remaining schedule for time and dates of visits has changed twice.
