Very frustrating and unnecessarily drawn-out experience at this particular location, 90% because of the front desk. They first spent nearly an hour checking my insurance, only to tell me the provider was out of network and that I would need to reschedule. This was confusing because their website showed the doctor as in-network, and I have Cigna Open Access Plus PPO.
