I was looking forward to getting work done except I waited over an hour today which is unacceptable and even got there before my appointment.. not much communication? I would never return since it shows me how they do their business & terrible customer service. Pawn Santilli
I responded to a TV add for USA Vein Clinics even though I have never had vein issues that I was aware of. They posted one symptom that resonated with me...leg cramps/night cramps. I phoned and got an appointment within the same week. I had a thorough ultrasound of both legs. Dr. Johnson went over the results and explained where faulty veins play a major role in leg cramps. I had my first treatment 3 days later. Excellent care and very caring people all around. Highly recommended by me!
I'm very pleased with the service I received at USA VEIN CLINIC. The entire staff & Dr Johnson were very nice & professional. I would highly recommend this office for their services. I plan to return if I have any issues with my legs in the future. I like to get my legs checked once a year!
After arriving at the USA Vein Clinic in presenting my insurance card I realize that the doctor who decided not to take my insurance card despite it being active so I feel like I was kind of misleading not only by the commercial but also being rejected which has caused me some pain just coming down here because my legs are on fire I could just stay at home and sold for those that come here make sure your insurance is correct and try not to you know waste your time the place it looks pretty new the carpets are dirty and well ... read more
One of the most easest and pain free treatments I've ever had..the staff were amazing..I'd go back.
