Dr Alexander Batchev, Middleburg Heights clinic. First of all, I felt like the staff was annoyed with me(except for Tish, thank you Tish, for your professionalism!). I was asking questions, not too many, but there were questions. Almost each time there was this annoyed stare at me or response with the same attitude.
